Sounds pretty good but I would not feed the corn, replace it with parsnips and the squashes you can rotate them, Acorn squash, Butternut, Kabocha.

Corn is very high in phosphorus and phosphorus is very hard on the kidneys. So I wouldn’t even feed it, there are many other things you can feed.....

 My iguana salad

alright well he doesn’t really eat anything unless I put it in there when he’s trying to bite me cause I haven’t noticed a difference in the food and his temp is right but his humidity isn’t is that ok? but I feed him theese flowers I forget what there called but green iguana society said its fine so I feed him those and he eats them just fine but the other problem is when he does eat its not a lot so most of his food just gets rotten and then the foods wasteddddd

What you can try is just give him a little to start off with in the morning and if it’s all gone by early afternoon give him a little more, I do this with my crew because some day they eat like pigs and other days they just pick through their food... but I wouldn’t feed him anything after 7pm....This way his food isn’t sitting in his tummy all night.......

I think the flower your thinking about is a Hibiscus?...They are OK for them to eat but only as a treat not as a staple...

Far as your humidity goes ...it hard to keep that levels up there...This is what I do I have a cool mist humidifier in the enclosure and it comes on every 3 hours and runs for 1 hour and then they also get their daily baths and also misting about 3 times a day.......

 On the subject of eating...

turner has been eating very well. i feed him his fresh food in the morning before i go to work and when i come home in the evening, about 95% of his food is gone. this morning i shredded up tiny shreds of carrots to sprinkle on top, im curious to see if he ate them. (as a treat) i have yet to see him eat though, i have him in the other room, and i leave the door open so he can see me out in the living room, so he can be used to seeing me around.

does it take awhile for them to get comfy and eat in front of you? im sure they all have their own personalities and hang ups. maybe it is ’stressful’ when i am around, even though i talk to him in a calm voice and what not.

Well, you have to do something about that. I have two suggestions:

1. Cover the screen parts of the enclosure with tin foil to keep the humidity in.
2. Buy some large plastic tubes from home depot and fill them with moist moss. That way the iguana can stay moist if it needs to.

Baths are fine, but they aren’t a substitute for low humidity levels.
