Question by about 6months of age an iguana should be be around 18cm this does not include the tail. The size of an Iguana really depends on the country of origin and conditions under which your Iguana is kept. on Average an adult Iguana will range from 1.2-1.4 metres although some can reach lengths of 1.83 metres and weigh around 8kg...attached is my Iguana at 15months old and his enclosure so be prepared if you are seriously thinking of having one of these gorgeous animals they are not the easiest of reptiles to keep and they are not pets good luck

Question
thats a gooda boya. thats great to hear that you are already one step ahead of most people who buy pets. keep it up and you will eventually own a healthy iguana.
