 Does your iguana become aggressive outside?

I took snoopy outside for the first time today and noticed he wasn’t as calm as he usually is. Keep in mind snoopy is not fully tame and I have only had him for about a month.

But today while having him outside it was a lot harder to get close to him and he would tail whip. And when he would tail whip it wasn’t these little half a** whips he actually meant business. Surprisingly he let me pick him up with no struggle. I just made sure to sweat talk and pet him before I tried picking him up lol.

Also he would breathe very heavily I felt bad for the poor guy he was pretty stressed about something.

He still had a lot of fun though here are some pics.

Anyway as the title states does you iguana become aggressive outside?

yeah if that was your first time taking him outside of coarse he was gonna freak out a lil bit just take him out more and more and as time goes by he will get calmer.......just like me i recently made my cage bigger and my ig Taiwan has turned into a lil prick so im letting him get use to his new cage for about 2 weeks then ill try and pick him up out of there

yah my iggy was scared the first time he went out to. always looking up for birds. it took a while but now going outside has become a habit. now all I have to do is open the door and he knows it is time to go out. I don’t even need a leash these days. when he is ready to go back in he comes to the door and scratches. lol. just give it some time you wont be disappointed
