NEED HELP!! WITH RESCUE 
ok ill be adopting an iggy next tuesday i just got a email form the lady and by her descripiton i dont think shes going to be in very good shape she told me she 2 years old and only 18 inchs then the lady was saying that they had her in a large aquirum (but didnt state size) but didnt want to get give it up but had a 10 gallon that she would give me !!!! im kinda afraid to see what she looks like and hopfully shes not in too bad of shape what uvb tubes are good for iggys should i just go with a reptisum 10 i think thats the good one also could some one give me the link for the iggy salad post also any adivse would be greatly aprciated

Please start reading all you can and do not stop. This poor baby is going to need a lot of care and attention. As for that ten gallon tank, the only suitable creature that should be in it is a fish.Do not dare put this precious Iguana in there. I can’t even say a 55 gallon tank is suitable at this point. Buy a reptarium of at least 260 gallons or get to work and get some sleepless nights building one. Iguanas require a LOT of space. Absolutely, you will need a good UVB along with a basking light. The reptisun 10.0 should be good. I use a Megaray 160 for mine personally but not endorsing that just saying :)
After you have that baby all set up BEFORE you bring him home, you then need to take him to a qualified vet. Meaning a vet that is experienced with reptiles. That is a MUST!
I am going to bump up Pocochu’s posts for you on New Iguana care along with the salad she recommends. Please do ask questions and also keep us updated. We obviously DO care. These beautiful creatures are well worth the time,effort and money put into them. :)

yea LOL I knew about the ten gal. I was dumb founded whn she told me that I just wasn’t sure about which UVB light to use as long as it’s not the coil one I know what kinds vitamens should I dust with any more input would be great I’m gona try and get a large armouir or somthing and make it into a cage or just build one where can I get the chicken wire that is coated in plastic
