i used them when my iguana was a baby but i havent used them since. I suggest doing research online about them and check out correct dosages and affects of overdosage and if their needed at all. www.google.com is you best friend when you have a pet.

Use the powders instead. There are a few good ones. I use Repcal calcium with no D3 or phosphorus. I use Rep Cal Herptivite for the vitamins. Sprays don’t work as well.
