Jesse gave you good information. How much real sunlight is she getting per week? Unless you are putting her outside for at least an hour a day or one or two full days a week, she isn’t getting enough UV. If you are giving your iggy regular sunlight you don’t necessarily need the best UVB light but some kind of supplemental UVB would be good.

Jesse is right in that your iggy needs better food choices. You want rich dark greens like dandelion, mustard, turnip, and collard (though collard has become a bit debatable because it has more oxalates than previously thought). Jesse gave you some good links to visit and I strongly suggest that you do that. And, yes, pictures would help. Also, do you have a good herp vet?

usually sleeping a lot is a bad sign all of my iguana are active during the morning and during the day till about 8-9pm then they all go to sleep I really think your iguana needs to see a vet also you need better food as already mentioned those are terrible for a daily diet. Get a uv light for days you can’t bring her outside and maybe she’s also not eating because she’s stressed.. perhaps leave her a lone for a few days and only disturb her to feed and give her water. What kind of substrate is she on and what kind of enclosure do you have?
