Baby iguana free roam unless there is no furniture in the room he would get lost very easily. i am waiting for my little boy to get bigger (hes about 2 feet STL now) before i let him free roam my bedroom only for the fact that it is very easily to missplace them even in one room and the can get injured by being stepped/sat on if you dont see him. i would keep him in an enclosure until he is a bit bigger just for his safety.

Baby iguana free roam Well thy say the smallest for an adult is 6x6x3 or something like that. But I feel that is so small so for an adult but perfect for a juvinile. Of ou look at my post about 2 under yours it shows my juv. Igs cage which is about 6x6x2 an he loves it. Abut I’m giving him a few more inches and he will be a free roamer lol.

Baby iguana free roam Hey Milan he has a tree for it and a long dresser where his basking and UVB spot is going to be. He put a long tailed lizard in the tree and it’s been there for 12 hours now lol pretty cool actually I figured it run down the trunk and high tail it out. I mean would the iguana do the same thing

Baby iguana free roam its very likely the ig will freak out and and fly off the tree, juv. igs are usually extremely flighty. you could try it and see how it works, but i would somehow attach a bell to the iggy just incase so you know where he ends up haha. ive lost Arokh a number of times when he was smaller and it would take me hours to find him in my bedroom, imagine if he got out into the rest of the house!

Baby iguana free roam Haha see very flighty! He will prob be that way for a while. Arokh is currently lost in y bedroom but I’m not worried yet. He can get back into his enclosure when he wants and apparently he wants to camp it for the night haha. My house is warm and he is prob settled in for the night somewhere in here so I’ll leave him be for now and if e isn’t in his cage by tomorrow afternoon I’ll start worrying. I’m letting him get more out of cage time to prepare for when he free roams. But he is getting pretty big now and I can’t find him so imagine if your little guy got out! I don’t even have anything on te floor for him to hide in. I suspect he is under his enclosure where I can’t see him but he will come out when hes ready. But I’ve had him for almost a year so I know what to expect from him. You will learn in time what to expect from your little one

Baby iguana free roam I like Reptariums for babies and young juvies. You can buy a 260 gallon for around $100 that will hold him for about two years and by then he should be big enough to free roam in single room.

Yep.. And by then I would hope that he is trained to poop and pee in the water pan or what is offered and not be pooping all over the room. Free roaming a baby to juvie is looking to have to clean up poop and pee on a daily basis, where ever it is they decide to leave it. Can tend to get get quite smelly pretty fast.
