when he poops... it is very very dark green... he has had some water soaked pellets... umm green brown and yellow... but mostly vegetables & fruits.. would the pellets make his poo green??... could it also be what the pet store had fed him would that still be goin through his system.. i have had him for about 2 weeks

I agree with everyone...from the look it is brown, but if you really look closely you will see it is actually dark green...you can usually varify this when cleaning it up! Also some white stuff comes out, sometimes that can have a tinge of orange too. You want to make sure that liquid comes out also, if there is not liquid coming out when he goes to the bathroom, he may not be getting enough liquids...just thought I would toss that note in there. If your feeding your iguana the proper diet as far as collard greens, turnip greens, watercress, mustard greens, some butternut squash,etc...then the poop should be fine. I would suggest that every reptile owner should get a stool sample done to check for parasites. PE
