New Pics! My Baby is Getting So Big! 
here’s a couple pics from tonight. Nessie is almost 4 months old now. he has really put some size on him from when i first got him at 2 weeks old. he still squirms a little and poops when we take him out, but he calms right down and is so awesome. what a little personality on this guy!
oh and it should be noted i kind of have freakishly long hands and fingers lol. he is about 13 inches snout to tail.

Yay Pics!
He is getting big, and he does look an awful lot like his sis now. I can’t believe ours actually caught up in size as she’s 13" now too! Little runty decided she wanted to grow I guess, LOL! Keep handling daily, and he’ll probably stop "going" on you. Little girl hasn’t done it in probably a month now, not that I don’t still try to expect it every night. She is happy in her new home, and had very little stressing behavior when moved a week & 1/2 ago (I kept all her things the same and just added one branch to climb). She still eats like a little pig, as I don’t think anything could keep her from eating at this point. Contrary to popular opinions, I kept her on her handling schedule regardless of the fact that I upgraded her cage. She seems to be more accepting of my approach in her larger cage, and even crawled right up my arm and out yesterday all on her own when I put my hand in. Oh rhinos, they are too sweet and intelligent. P.S.-did you get my message?

wwoops i just got it lol. i frequently foget to check out my message center. actually, i think yours and mine prob grew at the same pace. i remember when you first said ray ray was 12 or 13 inches, i was like nesquik can’t be that big yet, but it seemed that he was! how high is the branch in the 40 breeder? i’m wondering if my little nessie will get adventurous in a bigger cage on top of a branch and try hitting the top of the screen lid. the screen tops make me a little nervous, i can just picture a lizard getting it’s nails stuck in the screen top and hurting itself or something. we’ve been taking ness into the bathroom every night and letting him romp around on us and be handled. he was on brittany’s head a week or so ago, and jumped off onto a hanging towel. he thinks he’s hot stuff but he is so cute and just so entertaining. i think im becoming addicted to cyclura! keep me posted on ray ray! she’s lookin good!

The branch isn’t high...in fact it’s quite low and only maybe 1/2 an inch higher than her hides (runs lenghtwise across the ground). Basically it is just something else for her to explore and climb about on. She still sometimes "pops" up and hits the top with her nose, but she can do that from ground level too (crazy lizard!) when she feels like it.About the catching up in size thing:
Remember when we got them? Nessie was SO much bigger than her and they looked nothing alike. I think once she was away from the dominant ones of the clutch she started eating more and gaining weight...she finally caught up. For comparison, Ray-Ray when we first got her :

yea, your right. at first ray ray did look smaller then nessie. i forgot about that first pic (little acorn head!) she looks a lot bigger now tho! and no more acorn head:( lol. i’m prob going to try and start offering him some repcal pellets once or twice a week with his salad. have you added anything new to the menu lately?

ha ha, I remember. I was worried ours was always gonna be little after comparing her to your pics. The only change in feeding is that she gets a little fruit (mainly berry, sometimes papya or mango) once a week. Honestly it’s like 1/2 a berry size portion, but she loves it. We really want to stay away from packaged foods. We don’t want to give her anything containing preservatives, basically because it isn’t necessary. She eats better than us!
