Heat lamp burn poor iggy! upon taking ig out of her cage a few days ago, i noticed she had a few blackish marks by her head, behind her ear, below the spikes. it’s on one side only. does that sound like a burn? her shelf was up too close to the CHE and i’m pretty sure that’s what it is, since the mark is on the side wher the CHE was facing. i lowered the shelf since then. how long does this usually take to heal and should i put anything on it? i used a bit of aloe vera gel after her bath today. i hope it helps!

Heat lamp burn bottled. it’s just as good in terms of safety. there aren’t any unnatural ingredients or additives in this one. i prefer fresh to bottled, but don’t have any on hand. i will be going to the vet this week anyway for an unrelated problem. i’ll see what he says too.
