Food?

When giving the iguana food, do you have to put vitamins in there? And I also heard that when iguanas are juvinilles, you have to give them bugs, is that true?

No...they do not need bugs.

You can use calcium powder 1x per day for 6 days. On the 7th day, substitute, vitamin powder for the calcium. Make sure you have a good diet.

how old? How long have you had it? What are you trying to feed it? Has it had a vet-check/fecal exam recently?
