My iguana is getting a bit violent

Well I think I am coming to meet the ranks of Flavia and Xta. I caught my iguana charging the mirror today. Actually my wife caught him and said he was giving her strange looks like he was going to ram her too. He has never done this before. I did get to see it eventually, I didnt really believe her because he has always been pretty mellow. He hasnt shown no aggression to me or anything, just the mirror, possibly my wife, and he has been a bit jumpy today. So I just been feeding him, and feeding him, and feeding him. His apeptite was pretty big today. I guess he is going to go into breeding season now.

HA! Yep...mine is eating like crazy too. He’s rammed the plexi once more since the last time I told you guys but mostly he’s been fine. Using a stool and putting myself higher than him works better but he definitely was giving me some evil eyes and headbobs today. Good luck with yours. Your wife probably has more to worry about than you.

Yeah I think he was giving my wife crazy looks. He was getting jumpy everytime I was around. Like thinking I was coming to get him or something. So to get him to calm down and relax I let him stuff his face. After that I could see his eyelids wanting to close. He is out like a light now.
