How do you make a meal worm breeder?

How can I make a cage for breeding beetles? The beetles I’m talking about are meal worm beetles.
Thanks in advance,

~Stitchex~

Use a plastic tub or tank with about two inches of oat meal or oat bran. Put some cardboard egg cartons, cardboard toilet paper tubes, cardboard paper towel tubes, etc. on top of the oats to create hiding areas. Put in apples, carrots, potatoes, etc. for moisture and change these regularly. Keep the tub/tank in a warm area.

Keep all the stages of the mealworms separate. The mealworms and beetles will eat the pupa or each other so keep each stage in a different container.

How do you make a meal worm breeder?

Nope. That is why you should start out with many beetles so that you have a higher chance of getting a good number of males and females.
