 White Mealworms?

It is a newly molted mealworm. Like reptiles shed their skin, insects shed their exoskeletons to grow. The worms come out of their old shell with a new, white and soft exoskeleton that soon hardens. The newly molted worms are good as feeders for reptiles since their shells are softer and easier to digest.
