 Wax Worm

I was wondering if Wax Worms had any nutrition. I’ve heard that meal worms don’t have much, and superworms have the right amount but their to big for my newly developed leopard frogs. We don’t have any pinhead crickets at my local pet store and I can’t breed crickets because my parents said no... I dont know why, but I hope you can answer my question.

Thank you

 Wax Worm

Don’t catch crickets, you have no clue what they could have been eating. So any chemicals they may have, you animal will get as well.

Waxworms don’t have much nutrition. Depending on the animal, mealworms work fine. Silkworms are excellent as well.
