What is a good diet for super worms?

What should I feed my group of super worms? I have about 25. How should I give them liquids (water) what room temperature should I have them in. And how often should I change their bedding. The bedding i am using is oatmeal and some wood shavings that came with them. Is that okay? How should I have their big container set up? I use a container about the size of a 5 gallon tank. Any suggestions on how i should care for them as well?
