Super-worms also eat the pupae. But, this only seems to happen with people who do not feed their beetles a lot. I feed my beetles and worms twice a day, with lettuce & apples. They never eat the pupae. But when I went on vacation, my friend only fed them once a day and with only apples. I came back and I found that there were half eaten pupae all over. Hope i helped! |
