 My mealworms wont morph

my mealworms are dying and not pupating...i have them in a nice deli dish i use for my baby snakes...its the size of a plate with 2 inches of bran with potatoe slices...they are in a heated room with my superworms...the heat has been making my supers pupate much faster but my mealworms are just dying....i keep it around 70-75 degrees in the room...can it be the heat?...

How long have they been in the dish? How large are the meal worms? Are they Super-worms ?

Giant or King Mealworms won’t pupate either. They are big because they were sprayed with a chemical that keeps them from pupating some how.

super-worms pupate very quickly. Stop your meal worm project and buy the biggest fattest Super-worms you can find. The only hard part about breeding them is not feeding them to hungry reptiles. I bought some about 2-3 weeks ago and the only I didn’t feed to the monitor have pupated. The whole pupa stage only takes like 2 weeks. However I have a few monster beetles that pupated in less than 10 days.

i did have giant mealworms...but most of them turned into beetles and now i got baby mealies!!!! also got baby supers!!!..thanks guys for the help

yea thats what i herd too so i gave up and thought i would let them die off....forgot about them for a little bit and checked back and to my surprize i saw babies...not alot but there in there
