 Mealworm breeders!!!

i was wondering what is the easiest was to clean out and sift the mealworms apart from the pupae when you are using oats for the substrate?

some of mine turned into pupae by accedent but it was easy to separate them because generally they were all on top of the substrate anyway. the mealworms dont bite so you can use your hands to find any others underneath.
