 Bugs in tarraium

hello i found these little bugs in my frog tank, substate is eco earth and i havw some live plants in there as well. they r to tiny to be photographed, i noticed the same thing in a friends tank, they are 99% under in moist areas, i have never had an issue with them hurting my or her frogs... NOT worms almost like a no seeum. ?????? i find this bug in all eco earth terraiams ive come acrossed.

Are the plants from outside? Because if they are, they bugs could have came from there. I also use eco-earth, but never had this problem. Though, your story sounds similar to something that happened to me. I was cleaning out my toads tank(its very moist) and I saw this tiny tiny bugs, I frreaked out. I looked closer, noticed they were newly hatched crickets. Maybe, some of your feeder crickets layed eggs in the eco-earth before they were eaten, and hatched. Because crickets need a moist sunstrate to lay the egss in, moist eco-earth is perfect for them. If they arent crickets, I would clean out the tank and change the bedding, but if they dont seem like they are affecting your frog(s), I guess you can leave them be.
