 Preying Mantis Diet

Hey i just got a 2 1/2 in. mantis from my friend and ive been feeding it 2 crickets a day and some moths. Is this an OK diet. He seems to LOVE crickets.

ya are the moths or crickets bred or wild cause if they are wild they may carry harm full Disease.
