so i got a pregnant female hissing roach, and care sheets say that her ootheca is suppose to stay with the female. well she totally abandoned it..will it eventuayll hatch?.. thanks!

Not a chance. The ootheca need to stay inside the mother body until little babies crawl out, sometimes you might see the ootheca kind of sticking out of the mother body but she will pull it back inside. The ootheca need the warmth from the mother body to hatch.
