How much food. 
Hey. Ive got an albino cali king and its about 22inches long. The mice i get from the pet store are about 2.5 - 3 cms long. At the moment im feeding 1 every 4 days. Is this too much or too little or about right? Any feedback would be appreciated!!

go to the pet store and tell them to give u a good sized fuzzie a 22 inch snake could handle it. trust me

I have a Callifornian king snake. I feed hur about 5 -6 mick every week and a bit i think that is aboutright she is about a yeah and a half old ! i hope i helped you!

Thanks for the feed back but nobody really answered my question.
I know the snake could handle a bigger mouse easily but the next size i can buy are way too big so i need to feed him small ones regularly. Theres 3 pet stores near me and they all have the same pinkie supplier so im restricted to what sizes i can get. How many of theese small mice should i be feeding a week??

Hi, i would be feeding your snake 3 to 4 pinkies every 5. Giving the snake time to digest the food and rest for a little bit before giving him more. It really sucks when you are limited to the supplies you can get...i live in northern manitoba in canada so i feel the sting every time i go to buy food, or any kind of supplys for my snakes.

3-4 pinkies every 5 days?? No offence but is that too much straight away?? Should i build up the amount of pinkies gradually or just give him the 3-4 straight away??
