Does King make other snakes stressed? We have 1 ball python, 3 corn snakes, and 1 garter snake(all housed separately), my husband wants a Mexican Black King Snake, which would of course have a quarantine period and be housed separate from all the others but I have been told that if you have kings they need to be in a separate room from other snakes or just picking up their scent can make the others stressed because kings kill other snakes, is this true it will stress them?

Does King make other snakes stressed? I have two kings in a rack with corns, a milk and rat snakes. I don’t see any stress with mine. They all eat very well, and seem to be acting normally. I have my 3 other kings in another room near eachother, and I don’t see any problem there, either.

Does King make other snakes stressed? My two kings are in the same room as my red tail boa. No problems at all.
