 Salesman or Truth

I wanted to go buy a snake and well I decided on a kingsnake to start off my snake branch of my collection and well the local reptile store said they had a show quality kingsnake for me. It was 150 dollars and not sure if he is lying or not because I do not know anything about king snakes. It has white yellow and orange on its sides with a black top and orange spots on top. Big spots but there... I will post a pic later.

"show quality"? i never heard of snakes winning blue ribbons at reptile shows. maybe that reptile store has reptile shows confused with dog shows.
please post the pic i’ll tell you if i’d pay $150 for it.

Sounds like a beautiful snake though, I wonder what it might be. It doesn’t sound like a kingsnake description to me. Post a pic or at least give a detailed description of the snake’s head.

but who knows it maybe het for something like a $600 jelly or a $400 peanut butter or who knows what else.
one thing for sure tho $150 is a lot for a florida with an unknown background.
