 Babies!

Four girls... 2 boys!!! :-D

I’m most likely keeping #1 because I really like her pattern.

Very interesting patterns. I think I’d keep #6, too.

Hi My wild CA Mtn King just laid 5 eggs. I put them in a small plastic dish with moist paper towels and carefull to keep same orientation. I have covered and will try to keep at about 90 degrees.... will this work???

I don’t know about the moist paper towels, but I guess they would work. It’d probably be better to get some moist moss or vermiculite, but that would probably be fine. (as long as they don’t start to dimple or anything.

90F is too high though. I keep most of my eggs around 83-85.

Hope they do well for you. :-)

I waited until they were ready to breed and just closely watched them.

And if you’re interested Daynegerous, then PM me and we’ll talk about it.

chorro
I would skip the paper towels, they might create mold. Use sphagnum moss. Vermiculite is okay too, but sphagnum moss is better since it has some antiseptic effect. Be careful not to turn the eggs, that will drown the embryos.
