i think so. i think i read somewhere that they are very agile for their size. cant remember, tho. also, if i remember correctly, they eat their prey quickly. so, it would be over fast . i know they dragged a kid off on the island, tho. i dont think any1 would REALLY want 1 as a pet, either..... just in jokng only!! any1 that does is out of their mind imo.

Yes, there Saliva is VERY TOXIC. If just a drop enters the body, thats it! Also, I’ve seen them run, I know that Johnny Knoxville, Steve O, and Chris Pontious out-ran them, so if you can run faster than them, you’ll be okay!

true but all bites from monitors can lead to a bacterial infection depending of what the monitors r fed or if wild, what they’re eating and their diet of carrion. most monitors have a very strong immune system so most strands or types of bacteria wouldn’t even faze them and sitting in side of a warm lizards mouth would just ’incubate’ the bacteria. lol

the komodo can run 12 miles per hour. yes it can kill you. easily with one bite and its saliva contains bacteria from its old food which is what kills its bigger prey.

On the street, a healthy human is faster, but if there’s bushes to go through then 12 miles an hour is FAST! That’s why you don’t travel alone. There should always be someone nearby that you can throw to the Komodo Dragon if you get cornered. And remember to grab their wallet first; they won’t need it.

no. Their saliva is so toxic it will kill you in just a matter of a few hours. like 3 or 4, not 72. Plus they can snap ur leg clean in two with their tail. They are deadly

They bring down cattle by biting them and tracking them till they succumb to the bacteria. It can take several days.

i also saw a pixie get taken down by a komodo but luckily a horde of garden gnomes bundled the komodo tied him up and chucked him in the back of a van. The pixie then got up and rode his pet anaconda home

Yes, They will kill you with infection there mouths are full of bacteria that’s what makes them poisonous the meat gets stuck in there teeth and it rots in there mouths so if you get bit go to the hospital right away!!
