ID PLEASE!! ASAP!!!

i know its wrong to do this... but few people are replying from the "lizards general" section, i need to know what lizard is this asap... i will post this to different lizards type section on this forum...

its about 6inch, i feed them meal worms, nothing more, but they eat like pigs... can anyone just tell me what it is and i’ll do the rest... i thought it was an alligator lizard or some sort, but i think its not... i wanna be certain...

cute huh? they’ll be a lot cuter if knew what they are and how to take proper care for them...

why dont u go to google and serch for alligator lizards, geckos, and other types its probally one of those. (google helps alot =p)

Definitely not a basilisk of any sort, nor is it an alligator lizard - alligator lizards have a lateral fold from armpit to hip on each side.

It LOOKS like the "Crocodile Skinks" I’ve seen (Shinisaurus species) in terms of body and tail shape, but not in colouration or head shape... also a bit like the night lizards (Lepidophyma species) though I can’t find any exact matches on EMBL.

Where did you get them, and what sort of care instructions did the place you got them from give you?
