 I need help.... please

Do legless lizards make good pets? They seem really cool and I’m looking in to get one. I’ve researched as much as I could but I can’t find anything on them. I was wondering if someone could answer these questions for me...

1.What speices would be good for a beginner?
2.How big should a tank be for it?
3.How should the humidity, lighting and temperature be?
4.What type of enviroment would I need? ie. substrate, hides, climbing things... stuff like that
5.What’s the average life-span, length, weight?
6.How aggressive are they? When are they active? How often can they be handled?

And any other additional information or tips that might be important. I’d REALLY appreiciate the information... please.

Also... what does it mean if a species is an affected species in a non-game permit list?
