no a legless lizard has eyelids that are visible,a flap of skin on their side,ear openings,and the scales are arranged a different way.

Just to add to the above post 8D

They also have a tail which they can drop. If you have ever handled one you will feel where the body ends and the tail begins. Its pretty fascinating.
