i have a waterfall and a water dish for my eastern and slender glass lizard. every day i check on the animals,their waterfall has stopped working,even when no lights have been turned on (storms, light schedule) so i put more water in the waterfall and it works really smoothly and the next day half of the water in the waterfall is gone and it stops working! does anyone know what causes this? my theory is evaporation or the toad just goes in it too much and brings along substrate that clogs the filter.any help to keep it going is appreciated.
