 NEED URGENT HELP

well, i apaologise for any typos i may put here, but its urgent, i think

im pretty sure both slow worm and legless lizards are the smae

well, some stupid idiots cuaght one, and well they kept it, and becauase of hw brainless they are, chopped the poor little fellas tail off, i cleaned it up, itds not got any more fluids coming out, gave him a drink, he seemed happy with that

and hes now in a small cricket tub, i dont want to much stress on him, i dont know the exact amount that was chopped off

but he seems very content considering whats happened, his tongue is still flickering and hes miving about nicly, he was weaving in and out of my finegrs, ive done as much readin as i could in 10 mins just now, but i just went and got him from my firend who actully punched the guy in the face, but she dont know anything about them, and he was in a box, hes in a viv with other snake (seperate of course) so hes warming up, and calmed down abit, but still active

iive had different information from the net, so, can he eat pinkies at all?? i have lots in the freezer, but i cant get anything else untill next week sometime, and if he can eat them, is it weekily like my snakes?

and any other information you can give me will be much appreciated!

hi, wow!!! i remeber you telling me this on MSN didnt think it would be that serious but clearly it is! i hate chavs!!! my advice would be a vet visit, don’t try any human medicens abviusly.

You can feed your slowworm about every 2 days. Give it crickets dusted with Herptivite and the occasional pinkie but not too often because they can get obese and unhealthy. As far as the tail goes you can use Neosporin on the stub several times a day. It should grow back after awhile but it probably won’t be as long or as pretty as it was. Good Luck!

Slow worms are very much too small to eat pinkies, though they might be able to eat pinky PARTS.

Feed grey slugs from the garden, earthworms and crickets.

Tails usually don’t grow back more than a short stub.
