This is when I first got Xanadu, she was 2 years old at the time. I didn’t know not to use sand at the time...of course, I know better now....she was on it for about 36 hours.

Today I watched my gecko do the laziest thing. I have a corner-shaped water bowl which he walked up to and put his front feet (or is it hands?) on. He was all the way on the left side. He then proceeded to side step his way all the way to the right side of the bowl (where the 2 sides intersect) and put his head down for a rest. It took him about 20 mminutes to ’walk’ along it and he then rested there for about 30 minutes. I actually said to my husband "I think he’s dying!" He, in fact, was not dying - just being lazy!

So Sad . . .

I don’t know if this is laziness or boredom lol. But he likes to sit on his hide and one day he decided he wasn’t going to get off for a snack.

So sleepy from all that nothingness he has to do all day lol

Monty’s my little model. Out of all 5 of my geckos I’ve got millions of pics of him and only a few of the others. He’s so photogenic lol.
