 20 Gal & Picking my leo up?

O I have 2 questions now i have a leo he is about a year and he HATES to be pick up he doesnt bite just squiggles so I have to put him downa again he likes to be pet and but hate when I make loud noises or pick him up any ideas o and how many adult female will fitt in a 2o Gal tank????? thx guys

ok thats good what is the biggest for a week old baby leo I heard they get lost and die if it is to big they just get to overwhelmed
