Update on mack eclipse and a new hatchling...
this was my 2nd mack eclipse so far this season, her eyes are now easier for me to see since she’s grown a bit (tiny bit) they each appear to be about 95% filled in...
and here’s the SSTA born on 6/26/09
more to come...i have some really wild stuff hatching in the next few weeks, this season is going to get crazy.. thanks for looking Duane |

craziness here as usual...anoterh mack eclipse hatched yesterday, the clutchmate ws an infertile egg :( still some really interesting eggs hatching yet... Animal_luvr55- that 95% comment was about the mack snow eclipse, at birth it’s eyes looked solid black..over some time I noticed that the eyes are not 100% solid black filled...they are more like 90-95%, some areas in the corners you can see the regular eye coloration come through. Unlike the super snow ’solid eyes’ the striped mack isn’t a ’super’ it’s getting the eye pigmentation from the eclipse gene, both parents were carrying it; MOM was a mack snow het raptor, DAD was a reverse stripe het eclipse. so she is also 50% het tremper albino also. -hopefully some pics to come soon, sorry for you everyone checking out my site, I haven’t updated it because almost everything is sold, I am trying to work on a bulk deal to help me get my life back in order..hahAHAHAH (too many geckos) if this happens/WHEN..lol, i’ll be adding more images shortly after!! -take care- Duane |
