 Morph help please :)

So, when I got Miko a few weeks ago he looked like this...



And everyone said he was a normal.

But now he looks like THIS...





And he has weird cool eyes...



What morph do you think he is?

Ok, so "Hypo" is Hypomelanistic, right?

This site says.."A Hypomelanistic Leopard Gecko displays a greatly reduced amount of dark pigment over its body, although some spots may be present."

It also says "Animals labeled as Tangerine (or "Tang" for short) will have orange as a background color as opposed to the typical light yellow color seen on normal leopard geckos. The intensity of the orange color may vary from a yellow-orange to nearly red on some specimens."
And the pics don’t quite show the intensity- but he is REALLY bright orange. Could he be tangerine?

I have always had normals or albinos, so I’m curious about morphs for the first time with this guy. Thanks for the help :)

Yes.
That definition is way too specific. Even in morphs, the looks on them can vary. Hypo is a light color with anything from a few spots missing, to almost all (on the body). When it becomes no spots on the body, it becomes super hypo.
Definitely not Tangerine.

I wouldn’t say he’s a tangerine. My high yellows do look sort of slightly orangey sometimes but they’re still high yellows. But no matter what "morph" he is he’s still very pretty. My fav morphs are normals/high yellows. :)

Thats a reallllyyyy old pic of his cage back when I first got him I used the sucky dial thermometers....I now have a temp gun and his cage is bigger/better hides/log.

ya, I think he’s a high yellow - I think he’ll probably look like yours geckogirlemi, and I’m quite happy with that :)
