ok look in warm spots of your house probly didnt go far so look in warm spots in that room and he would most likely be there or in the vent system check them places

i was a ROYAL idiot and left my baby cornsnakes cage lid open during the night and he got out...i loved that snake...will somebody help me!!!!!!!!pls pls pls!!! pls either answer here or at http://www.hamelzz.piczo.com/ I feel sick about losing him and i have looked everywhere and he wont come out for food....pls help!!! Okay, do you have carpet?
If not, put lines [about an inch thick] of flour across each dooray before you go to sleep. If you ave carpet, line up tooth picks or straws. During the night, he will crawl across it, and you will know what room he is in at least.
Also, take soda bottles, cut the neck off, put a f/t pinky inside, leave one of these each in every room.

He wasn’t trying to escape, just exploring!
Once he eats, he’ll sit still, and you will find him in the morning.
Check behind picture frames, under rugs, couches, inbetween cushions, under sheets, behind bookshelves, behind all furniture basically.

How long has he been missing?
Check in lamps!

Good luck searching for the little bugger!

oh ya..i have carpet and HOW should i line up the toothpicks? vertical or horizantol? also we have AIR-con so out basement is FREEZING... im talking like not even plus five...ive turned my basement inside out at least twice leaving no pillow unturned... do u thingk he got updstarirs? maby my dog ate him...oh oh oh...

I hate to say it, but I wouldn’t be surpised if your dog ate it.
How big is your dog, how big is your snake?

Line the tooth picks in a line. this is the tooth pick: __ line them like this __ __ __ __ __ __ __ so and and so forth.

..turn off the ac?

ah, take his heat pad, and any extra’s, and place them on the floor in your basement. keep the heat down fairly low, so that he doesnt get burned. maybe put it in a tupper ware container.

if the morning, if he was in the basement he should have found his way to the heat pad.

that’s all I can do, and I can’t garuntee that the heat pad won’t burn your snake.

its a meduem sized alaskin malamute but hes not allowed downstairs, and the height of my stairs is about...um..2/3 the sze of my snake...he was a baby... i will try the toothpicks...and i got a hold of some pinkies!
