Just out of curiosity can milksnakes eat fish? My guess is probably not, I just wanted to know what you guys would think. And also, Can a milksnake eat pinkies for its whole life, or do they move up to bigger and bigger mice as they get older?

I’m going to say no on the fish. pinkie mice are too small for an adult milk snake. My adult female Sianloan eats 1-2 adult mice or rat pups a week. My baby Pueblan eats 2 pinkie mice a week. It’s good to up the prey size as the snake gets bigger.

Hey Alligater
I think you must have Hondurans, blacks or maybe Guatemalan and/or Andesian milks to be able to use such big rats. My biggest sinaloan at 62 inches defenitely refuses to take any prey bigger than a full grown mouse.

As you know, english is not my first language, so I’m not that familiar with certain expressions, but to me your post above could aswell be interpretated as; "none of the Lampropeltis eat rodents" instead of "no they don’t eat fish". But as I said, maybe I’m interpretating this wrong.
