Morph question? Is he even a milk snake?

Hey everybody. I’ve got a question about morphs. I picked up a snake in the parking lot this morning. (Yeah, I know - who the hell let the poor thing escape outside in Pennsylvania in the middle of October? He was FREEZING!) He’s about 12 inches long, and looks like the pics of milk snakes up here. He’s got full bands of orange, pink-white, and yellow-white like some strange morph of a milk - the pink-white looks like an albino, but he’s only white where the black would normally be. Any idea what morph he is? I’m pretty experienced with snakes (otherwise I wouldn’t’ve picked up a snake off the sidewalk in the first place), but I don’t recognize his coloration at all, and can’t find it from poking around. Any thoughts? BPnewb

I know what my snake is. It’s an amelanistic tangerine Honduran milksnake, 1 y o female.

The pic was put in for BP Newb to make a comparison.
