 Still hungry?

Hello I’m new to this forum I adopted a very handsome male tangerine morph I named Samson a couple of weeks back he is roughly a meter in length (either bang on or a little under) he is quite slender for his size however not starved/ribby. I’m not new to keeping snakes I used to keep Reticulated Pythons (perhaps why I think Samson is very slender for his size).
My question is how many fuzzier should I feed him per meal? His previous owner fed him every Friday and gbe him two fuzzy mice I done that the first week and after the two he was still searching for his food and Evan struck at his tail (he is quite a aggressive striker but yet it still looks very graceful) so the second week I fed him one on Wednesday and the other on Saturday and like the two in one day he still looks.
Would small live food be good for him between meals or Evan after his two mice fuzzy if I give him the two on one day again perhaps give him something small say cricket?

I’m new to the smaller snakes and especially to snakes that are still hungry after a feed.
Thanks for your time :)
