 Milk Snake Temperament?

I have two ball pythons and 1 corn snake. I like them ery much because they don’t bite me and are pretty calm. Except my corn is a bit.. fiesty but not nippy. Anyway. I was wondering what the temperment of a milk snake is like? Comparitve to a corn or ball python? They are absolutely gorgeous and I would love to have one. Thanks!

That’s a young Sinaloan. All milksnakes are jumpy as juveniles, but Sinaloans grow to be the calmest of them all.

That will be a juvenile born last summer, I’ve got a couple of 05 juveniles too, and they’re the same size. My adult couple are about 4’ 4". This is a pic of one of my hatchlings from last year just a couple of minutes after hatching and still slimy.

They too are usually easy-to-handle snakes, very similar to Sinaloans.

Are males or females usually the more calm in nature as they grow up?

Milk snakes mouths are so tiny that bites arn’t really an issue. Although it is nice having snakes that arn’t skiddish, if bites are your sole consern then I don’t think you have anything to worry about.
