With ackies there is a good chance that they will tolerate some handling as adults.

It seems to me that if handling is your main reason for wanting a monitor, then maybe monitors are not for you.

all i will say is u cant tame a monitor they are wild animals they are able to get very agressive very fast
they may tollerate u but will never be tame

oh and they run from 150-300 canadain for yellows and 250-500 for red now american that would be less but yea
