 New pics , and update on ornate

Fist of all here are some pics from today, not the best but some thing to look at!



My ornate, Whipple , is doing very well again . Since I have kept the window all the way uncovered , he is now getting pretty used to my presence again. Still not receptive of tongs , but I think he will very soon . It is very good to see him using the whole cage now , with very little shyness!

Everything is good , positive update!!

Looking good Rich!
One bit of advice I’d move the bulbs closer together.
Everything else looks great!
What are you feeding him? Mine always loved Crayfish and so does Rob Faust (currently producing them).

Yes ! I have noticed ! I keep a tub in there with about a half a dozen at all times . He will pluck 1 or 2 out a day . he also eats about 3-4 hoppers and some crickets and various other bugs , pill , centipede ,etc. that he finds daily.

Yeah I have been kicking around building a couple different banks ,to replace those that were closer together with five sockets each.

Your ornatus is looking great Rich. That’s a class A setup as well. Glad to hear the critter is loosening up a bit. Keep up the good work!
