Got him feeding well tonight, he’s in a temp cage that i know works well & he didn’t seem phased about the camera.

I would def say your ready. Your sav’s are the best out there. I dont have a doubt in my mind your new albig will be any different. Good luck, hope he grows great trust in you like your sav’s did.

Nice albig and as mxracer said , your savs are around the best iv seen as well and it is also nice to see someone with the experience of 5 years working with monitors to admit that he is ready for a bigger challange with the albig so good luck with him they are awsome monitors

Thank you for all your supportive comments & yes i consider an albig a huge challenge compared to a 3 to 4 foot sav!

As for the vids as you all well know it’s one thing having a 3 foot sav jumping all over you, but a 5/6 foot albig requires a bit more consideration in your approach I’ll find the boundaries as i go along.

A few more pics 4th night on & he’s out eating & basking in front of me, better head shot this time.

I’ve been re-watching Jesse & Susan’s vids again looking for various ideas, as i’ve said he’s in a small quarantine enclosure till i get his stuck shed under control & build the trust between us, anyway here’s a few more 5th night.

Cheers Susan & Bill,

6th day couple more photos, i got to close to his cage today hissed like mad, then two hours later friendly as anything, the lizard new were he had to be but the camera man put the camera in the wrong place!!



In this one the tongs behind him are 40cm long & from the viv to my 2nd finger it’s 29" in a straight line>
