Age?

This is my savannah monitor Rampage. I’m sort of new to the forum and everybody really helped with my other questions so I thought I would ask a couple more and post some pictures. How old do you think he/she is at about 12 inches? Also, how hard is it to sex them? Thank you very much.

There junk doesn’t come out at the size, does it? It looks like a male, but once s/he’s 30 icnhes or bigger or around that mark we could probably tell.
