What is your opinion? 
So most people by an animal and dont really know what they are getting into. But my question for you is do you think it is ok too do tons of info gathering and get a monitor, at least having some experience with smaller animals. Or do you think you should gather info and a have tons of experience with lizard. But do you think it is at least ok too do tons of reaserach with little to no experience.

You read the books & log in to the forums & learn a load of info, then you keep them & find out you learn a load more info! so yes the book reading & forum following is important 1st step. :)
