 Monitor Feeding

Hello There,

I am wanting to know about monitor feeding. I have done extensive research on the subject, but I think I could learn more from people on these forums. My questions are:

1. What should you feed a monitor from the size of the ackie to the size of the sand Goanna?
2. How much does it cost you per year to keep it as far as food cost goes?
3. How about breeding feeder insects/animals. Will this work very well?

 Monitor Feeding

Feed them insects and small mice when either species are big enough to handle them.

It costs lots. Some keepers hundred and thousands, some keepers not so much.

Breeding your own food items is always work great. Dubia Roaches are easiest to breed. The rest need a bit more work.

Feeding...How often? If you keep them hot, dAily, they’ll take it. As they age, every other day is ok.
