Cage size for ackie trio.  Is a 4x4x4 big enough for an breeding trio? Got the idea from This thing So yeah I’ll make it taller, but will that work?

Cage size for ackie trio.  The box design is fine, although he is going to have to put more metal corner brackets on as that wood warps and expands without strong beams holding it down. Those dimensions will hold a trio. But do NOT put only a couple lights way up top like that guy did. There is no hot basking on the soil level and the ground (in a normal 70’s °F) home will be way too cool. You need to drop lights down over them to allow basking surface temperatures over 120°F, preferably 130-140 or so is ideal for Ackies. Those are non-contact temperature gun numbers, not a basic digital thermometer reading.
