How do you keep temps down?

I have a 12x12x7 cage in my garage that is getting way to hot during the day.I have deep substrate so my monitor can get out of the heat when he wants to but I am looking for a way to cool the cage down without losing humidity.Does anyone have any ideas?

If the ambient garage temperatures are really high, the cage will follow. Nothing you can do about that unless you run air conditioning/cooling either into the garage or cage, or to insulate the garage better to drop ambients. Don’t kill your lizards with "lethal" heat (air temps over 95°F all thru cage).
