hi my buddy has 2 8inch savs. the other day i went 2 his house and they were locked up they looked like they were breeding he said he sees them like that some times have you guys ever seen this from babies do you think they might breed when they are big enough

Males will mount male, males will mount females, females will mount males, females will mount females. It all a dominance this. You know, who’s the toughest kid on the playground.
It is the way they speak to each other. Make sure they have multiple hides and basking spots, also watch and make sure one isn’t getting all the food.

LOL, prison sex, ya know..

They are stuck together in the same cage, withg limited space, limited resources etc, so it happens, unfortunately the dominated one may suffer and die young from it. Make adjustments to the cage, see what happens, more food, another basking spot, more hides, deeper dirt, another water dish, etc.

there in a 60 gallon with 2 basking spots 2 hides both eat good. i dont think he wants 2 keep them together for ever. i dont know there his lizards. just was woundering if any one eles has seen this with babies i will sugest that he seperates them

I wouldn’t seperate them unless one isn’t eating or you seewounds on them. Just get them in a bigger cage. Let them have room to get away from each other before seperating.
It’s like having a little brother or sister pestering you all the time.
You love them, whether they know it or not.But...............
If you don’t get a break from them every once in a while. Strangling starts to sound like a logical idea.
